About this location

🐑🐑🐑 The campsite is on a half-hectare meadow with three sheep: Pietje, Wally & Chrisje. 🏡 At the back of the meadow, you will find the cabin containing a comfortable bed with a mosquito net, a seating area with a wood-burning stove, and a section serving as sleeping quarters for the sheep. There is also a toilet, though you have to flush manually; nice and basic, basically. 💦 I provide 40 liters of fresh tap water for the guests; if it runs out, I will bring more. 💡 There is a power station (512 Wh/500 W capacity) with a solar panel for the interior lighting and to charge your phone. There are walking/cycling routes, as well as a few magazines and books. There are plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pans, and tea towels. There is a small single-burner gas stove and a sandwich maker. You can also cook on the BBQ. 🍻 Furthermore, there is a small fridge with a few cold beers. So you only need to bring your own sleeping bag and pillowcase. 🌳🌿 There is also a frog pond in the meadow, and a small footbridge leads into a patch of forest. People call it a little paradise. My old cabin has been replaced by a slightly more spacious one. Fortunately, the unique atmosphere has been preserved! In the photos, you sometimes see the old small cabin, but also photos of the 'new' cabin. The meadow is located on the edge of Haaren; 2 km from the beautiful town of Oisterwijk and 3 km from the “Loonse en Drunense Duinen” National Park. 🚲🚲 You can cycle there; there are two simple mountain bikes available. 🔥 But you can also just stay with the sheep and dream away in the hammocks or by the campfire. [Price includes tourist tax].
