About this location

Sleep among plums and plenty of other fruit. There is an organic vegetable garden, a playhouse, a barefoot/nature path, and a large terrace/tea garden. A boat service calls at the vineyard. The cottages and barrels are all equipped with good beds, bedding, towels, tables, chairs, and outdoor furniture. Not a hotel, not a campsite. A kind of camping hotel, so to speak. Cooking is possible in the kitchen cottage. Sanitary facilities are in the pipowagen near the cottages and for the barrels in the main building at the entrance. On weekends, breakfast and evening meals can be arranged after reservation, but only after prior booking.
Ideal place for family celebrations, corporate meetings, weddings, parties, good food and drink, and wonderful sleep!
Good to know: there is no fixed connection to the electricity grid, so no power! but light on batteries, a kitchen with a gas stove and a small gas refrigerator. But also no WIFI, no TV, no radio. So off-grid. But plenty of peace, greenery, relaxation, and above all peace!

Perfect for...

nature lovers, hikers, peace seekers, couples, culture lovers, family or groups outing

In 1978 I started my business as a gardener, then I also became a vintner, started writing books and organizing courses. I am now also a care farmer and recreation entrepreneur.
I have four sons and 5 grandchildren.
My hobbies: collecting and testing many plant varieties such as grapes, apples, figs and other fruits. I am very interested in flavor and enjoy cooking.
On the estate we also receive groups for tours and wine tastings, for celebrations, weddings and much more. I have been involved in organic cultivation for decades and ensure that we work as environmentally friendly, CO2-neutral and climate-conscious as possible on the estate.
