We were there on foot and with public transport, some cyclists spent a night here in the morning and a nice little group had also come to celebrate their birthdays. The square seems to be quite popular, which I can understand, even though the nearest stop is a good 1.5km walk away.
How was the contact with the host?
Our hostess was so prevented that we only wrote via the Campspace app, but the chat never stopped. There was always quick feedback when we had questions.
Tips for new guests?
I pride myself on very resilient feet, but unfortunately barefoot doesn't work at all.
Take sandals or something similar with you.
A water bag with drinking water goes without saying and plans maybe. a campfire in the evening.
That has now for us for 2 people. not worth it but I think the experience would have been nice.
