Since December 2016 we are the Dutch owners of this beautiful mini campsite. After a turbulent time in the Netherlands with our own company, we started the adventure in Denmark. And we still do that with great pleasure!

You will find this fine campsite not far from the German border, a 1.5 km walk from the Wadden Sea.
The campsite is not only a party for people, but also for dogs who have a wonderfully fenced off-leash field here.

The facilities are good and clean.

How was the contact with the host?
Linda and Klaas are very friendly and helpful.
The reception is open all day and for any question, be it about the environment or anything else, they are happy to help with everything.

Tips for new guests?
Walk to the Wadden Sea or jump on your bike and discover the area. There is plenty to do!

The Rømo peninsula is half an hour's drive away, as is the famous town of Ribe.

Tell us about your experience
As a family with two dogs, we were guests at the campsite for 10 days. The standard pitch was big enough for our folding caravan and the big car. There was a great playground for the kids and a small fenced area for the dogs, plus a small walking path. At the reception we could order fresh rolls and pizza. Both were very good. The place is crossed by many hedges, which protects against the wind, which can sometimes be a bit stronger after being on the water. The place is very quiet in the middle of nature and is ideal as a starting point for excursions!

How was the contact with the host?
Linda and Klaas are very friendly and speak very good German. They answered all of our questions in great detail beforehand.

Tips for new guests?
The site has its own app where all the announcements and information about the campsite can be seen. In addition, there are excursion tips, hiking and cycling tours, restaurants, the possibility to order bread rolls, the current weather report and everything else you need for your stay.
We were able to do something different in the vicinity every day, as the region really offers a lot of opportunities. By the way, we didn't have to exchange any money, because in Denmark we could easily pay for everything by card.
