It must have been about twenty years ago, somewhere on the Costa Blanca, that I ended up there without a plan. Pure coincidence brought me to a piece of land that looked suspiciously like a set from 'Once Upon a Time in the West', a film that ranks high in my personal top three. The interplay of fate and the enchantment of the unexpected, that was exactly what fascinated me immensely and I bought the piece of land.
So I started, in the lazy rhythm of the days, building my own finca, a hut in this sunny film set. Not in a hurry, without a strict master plan, but steadily the construction grew under my hands. And after years of thoughtful tinkering, about six years ago, it was finished enough that I could camp there quite comfortably. Luxury had never been my main motivation.
My finca, simple but imbued with the impressions I gained in my wandering life as a sailor, had lost its agricultural function decades ago. I decided to do something about it. I stuck hundreds of olive branches in the ground and hoped that some of them would grow into olive trees. The funny thing is that that actually happened. There are now 400 small trees spread across the land.
A quiet existence, a possibility to withdraw from the hustle and bustle of modern life, that is what this place offers. I wanted to share this with others who cherished the same urge for silence and rest. That is how the plan came about to create one, maybe even two, camping spots, a welcoming place for people with tents and campers looking for a simple place to stand.
The desire to share what I find here, the abundance of serenity, that is the driving force. To offer others the chance to taste the silence, as I do, and to let them enjoy the harmony that this piece of land has to offer.
And so, amidst the olive trees and under the bright sky of the Costa Blanca, my story continues. No grand plans dictate my course, but the simple desire to share the peace with those who pass by, to let them enjoy the timeless simplicity that reigns here.
Perhaps it would be refreshing during your camping holiday not to have to worry about pitching a tent, but instead to be able to enjoy a tent that is already set up for you. At our finca, an Emperor Bell tent awaits you. Tastefully decorated and positioned not too far from the pool. Camping with a little extra luxury. Feel free to inquire about the availability of the tent.
It is not up to me to make a profile of the people who would have the most fun here, but someone who is looking for some peace and quiet and likes walking will find it a good place here

Wi-Fi is available and you are welcome to use the kitchen in the house, including the appliances. The common areas are at your disposal, enjoy them and leave them tidy. The bedrooms are not part of the common areas. 4 Activities and Surroundings: Our Finca is ideally located near Alicante (25 km), the beach of El Campello (7 km) and extensive hiking areas (0 km). The atmosphere is reminiscent of a movie scene from "Once upon a time in the West," but you can still reach the village center within a 6-minute drive. Do not expect an average campsite, but rather a peaceful environment where your stay will be more like wild camping. 5 Arrival and Departure: Arrival and departure are possible between 10:00 and 20:00 and must be arranged in advance via WA or email. This is also the time when we will send you the precise directions to the Finca. 6 Pool and Outdoor Areas: The pool invites you as a serene oasis, but its use is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. We share the outdoor areas and ask for respectful interaction with fellow guests. 7 Electricity and Appliances: We have electricity in our common areas, but because we rely on solar panels, we ask for responsible use. Small appliances such as mobile phones can be charged without any problems. 8 Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome as long as they can live peacefully with our own animals. Embrace the beauty of the surroundings and take time to relax. We hope that you will find as much serenity at our Finca as we experience here every day. A sincere welcome awaits you, and we look forward to being your hosts during your stay with us.
