Welcome – a green oasis among flower fields and close to the coast

You camp among the colourful flower fields in the heart of the North Holland peninsula. This small-scale farm camping is a great base for those who love peace, space and a touch of adventure. You stay here with your own tent, caravan or camper on spacious pitches – or choose one of our unique accommodations, such as a Finnish log cabin, an American school bus or a cosy trekkers' hut.

The camping is just 15 minutes from the beach of Den Helder and the ferry to Texel. Natural areas such as Robbenoordbos, nice towns such as Schagen and Alkmaar, and pleasant markets and flower routes are nearby. Children can let off steam in the field, pet animals or roast marshmallows by the campfire.

Whether you come to walk, cycle, beach hop or simply do nothing: here it feels like coming home in the countryside.

We are Ferdy and Tanja and together with our young children we form a family of four. 'Making and building things together beautifully' is a golden thread in our lives. In 2008 we fell in love and worked on our first boat together! Sailing and camping feel the same to us: being outside as much as possible and that feeling of freedom! Camping is also familiar to us. With mattresses in the back of our VW bus to France and touring with our old caravan through the Netherlands and Europe, looking for the nicest charming campsites, is one of our favourite activities.

In 2013 we bought our first big challenge, a detached fixer-upper in Breezand. Together we once dreamed of an even bigger project, a farm with an atmospheric camping. We dreamed of space for conviviality, meeting new people, animals and lots of greenery around us. In 2022 this dream became reality! This is officially our new home! The location, the space, the possibilities, the charm, and a beautiful barn were decisive!

Freedom and togetherness and especially 'nothing is a must, everything is allowed', is what camping life means to us.
