About this location

On a quiet spot in Wenum, at the edge of Vaassen, our farm is located. Close to Kroondomein, Paleis 't Loo, Apenheul, beautiful cycling routes and within walking distance of 2 clog paths. You can pitch your tent (max. 3x5) in one of our meadows among the ponies. Or stay in a pipowagon or our caravan. You can pick fresh mint for a nice cup of tea. You can also play games with us. We have various games and books (mini library). Of course, you can also simply enjoy nature. In our clog barn we have a toilet and shower. We also have a microwave, small oven, kettle and coffee maker available. You can charge your phone here if needed. Outside we also have one electrical outlet. You camp with us in a meadow among the ponies; we have no fixed pitches with electricity and water facilities. We don't have WiFi and mobile reception can be poor. Well, that's what we call getting back to nature! Weather permitting, you can make a fire at the designated fire pits. Bring your own firewood; we no longer sell firewood. Every day you see birds of prey here, and if you're lucky the storks are in the meadow, or you see an owl. Hares are in the meadow and sometimes you see a group of deer at dusk. I haven't managed to spot it yet, but the badger apparently passes by here very often. The fox too, which is why our chickens and rabbit must be locked up. The canal is within walking distance; you can fish here. We live on a gravel road, not a real through road. So if you choose peace, space and respect for nature, you've come to the right place.

Hi, hi, I'm Yolanda. While maintaining the old-fashioned character of the farm, I want to breathe new life into the farm where I was born. In the way that suits me. Organically and with respect for nature, I try to become as self-sufficient as possible. I call it agrarian new style. Small-scale, mixed and living together with nature.
