Our small campsite is located near the village of Exloo in Drenthe. The campsite is located exactly on the border between the sand and the peat. The scenery clearly shows the ancient history.
Our campsite has 10 camping pitches, all equipped with 10 amps of electricity. On arrival you can choose your own camping spot and set up your camping equipment as you wish. Look out over our herb-rich field into the distance. The sanitary building has all the necessary facilities, such as a baby bath, a washing machine and a microwave. Feel welcome and be surprised by the silence and tranquility around you.

Rules

Holiday means doing what you feel like doing yourself, but to keep it cozy together we have some rules.
There is a fire extinguisher and a first aid box at the sanitary building. Please only use or open these if necessary.
The use of the playground equipment is entirely at your own risk. If you want to go on the trampoline, please take off your shoes. And for safety, 1 child at a time.
Sound and/or music is allowed softly. Take into account each other and the neighbors. After 10 pm we keep it quiet at the campsite.
Pets are welcome in consultation. Dogs must be on a leash. We assume that the pets will not be a nuisance to the other campers. Please walk outside the campsite. Would you also like to use poop bags here? We also want to keep the area outside the campsite clean, just like our shoes.
We cannot be held liable in any way for personal injury and loss of personal belongings or material damage caused during the stay at our campsite.

What a lovely campsite. Everything clean and fresh. Sanitary is in tip-top order. Nice spacious pitches with power supply. It was 20 years ago for us that we had camped, but partly because of the super nice campsite, we will definitely go camping again next year. We will definitely come back here again.

Perfect! Hilga responds very quickly to messages and she is always there for you at the campsite, together with her husband Gepco.

Tips for new guests?
Many beautiful hiking trails in the area and also for geocachers this is a nice area. Take an extra umbrella into account, because with the heat like this year, extra shade is needed.

All the peace and space that was described can really be experienced here. Even with the rain showers in our week there we thoroughly enjoyed it. Facilities at the campsite were maintained great and were just top notch.

How was the contact with the host?
Hosts were nice and entertaining occasionally on site. When our tent appeared to be leaking, they thought about good addresses in the area for a new one. It was clear that you could always address them, but they also let you enjoy the peace and quiet. What a very nice experience it was.

Tips for new guests?
The campsite is simply recommended, plenty of cycling, hiking and mountain biking nearby. In addition, large cities with beautiful museums or other places of interest are also nearby. And then the wonderful tranquility of the campsite to come back to.
