In deep, natural silence and tranquility, you can gaze out into untouched nature and let your gaze wander over a wide valley. A small tractor from your nearby neighbor is the only thing you might hear. Otherwise, only the tranquil sounds of nature will indulge your senses.

Our little meadow by the bakehouse is a place for anyone seeking peace and a sense of vastness. Before you stretch meadows and a gentle valley, bathed in different light depending on the time of day. Here, your mind can find peace, your breath can deepen, and everyday life can fade away. At night, it truly becomes dark—no streetlights, no noise, just a vast starry sky and the quiet presence of nature. In summer, the garden around the bakehouse bursts into bloom, and countless butterflies often dance through the warm air. You can pitch your tent on the meadow, arrive, and simply be. In the morning, the first light over the fields greets you; in the evening, the special stillness of this place. Parking is available at the house, and you can reach the meadow on foot through the garden gate. A refrigerator and a gas stove are available for your use, and you can also use the bathroom in the house. A simple, special place for peaceful nights, fresh air, and small moments that linger long after you leave.

  • Swimming in the Glörtalsperre reservoir, a walk or picnic at the Ennepetalsperre reservoir – beautiful nature, peace and quiet, water views and great paths – perfect for taking a deep breath or simply enjoying the scenery.
