About this location

We have a plot of approximately 200 square meters, surrounded by trees (oaks, plane trees, ash trees, bay trees) that provide shade all day long.
It is a quiet and very cozy place.
It is located in the town of La Cavada in Cantabria.
It is a small town (about 1,700 inhabitants) with very good connections to the train station to Santander (35 minutes) and the Bilbao/Oviedo/Palencia highway. It has enough shops, a doctor's office, etc.
In approximately 20 km you can access the beaches of Somo, Loredo Langre, Ajo, Noja etc.
The activities
From our location, you can take various hiking trails of varying complexity. The municipal swimming pool is a 15-minute walk away.
There is also a multi-adventure sports company, Alto Miera Aventura: climbing, via ferratas, canyoning, etc.
The Cabarceno Nature Park is located about 20 km from our site.
You can reach Bilbao in approximately one hour.
