Cormac and Lynn made us feel very welcome and were very helpful in every way. Their delightful house and garden is beautifully situated right on the Thames. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you in our camper van.

How was the contact with the host?
They are wonderful hosts, very warm and accommodating. We all felt very comfortable. Cormac even lent us his car to drive into town for dinner. Unfortunately it was late by then, so we didn't take up the kind invitation to have a drink on the terrace.

Vielen Dank für alles!

Liebe Grüße

It is situated in a beautiful location along the River Thames, close to London. We camped in the garden, fantastic, lots of birds, quiet and my daughter thought it was fantastic that large planes flew over at set times, it was a real wow for her ...

How was the contact with the host?
Great contact, comes to ask if he can do anything for you, can certainly go to him and I felt really safe with my daughter with them..

Tips for new guests?
Definitely worth staying near London.

Great, green place to set-up your tent and explore the surroundings by foot (or by SUP!). There are a lot of pathways you can take right from the house and the hosts are happy to give some tips! Although sometimes the noise from the Heathrow airport was a bit loud.

Dear Cormac, A massive thanks to you and your wife for going out of your way to help me and the kids have a fabulous night stay at yours. And what really made it special for us was to be able to use your personal mooring. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the adventure and all the challenges involved in actually getting a boat on the water. Sorry that your pump broke while we were using it. Please let me know if you would like me to replace it.

How was the contact with the host?
Fabulous!

Cormac was such a gracious and helpful host! We had a unique request with our setup and not only was Cormac open to the possibility, he and his lovely wife Lynn went beyond what we asked for by organising extra assistance and rearranging their plans to be able to host us. The property is beautiful in an ideal location if you are cycling along the canals as we were. Lots of lovely spots nearby like the brewery with beautiful music on the balcony. It is literally on the backdoor of the canal.

Thank you so much for your hospitality Cormac and Lynn - I would stay here again anytime!

Cormac's place was great. All I really needed was a space to pitch a tent but he offered a shower, cooking facilities and everything. Nice location and easy to find too.

Fabulous location. Easy to find. Made most welcome with coffee on the deck. Wonderful.

How was the contact with the host?
Cormac was very helpful indeed. Nothing was too much trouble and he even kindly provided a taxi service for us one morning.

Tips for new guests?
Just confirm the size of your motorhome to make sure it fits on the pitch!
