About this campspace #s002716

(PT) We are in a very quiet place, without cars, without electricity. We have two wells with water that you can use to bathe and a stream that has running water until June. The landscape is typical of Baixo-Alentejo, almost in the Algarve Mountains. We are 45 minutes from the Alentejo Coast and the Algarve, by car. By transport you can come to Ourique by the Rede de Expressos, or to Funcheira by CP Train. And request our ride up here. We respect Harmony with Nature, so we ask that they interfere as little as possible with the place. They can camp in an area of 1 hectare. The garden area is very welcoming, where the well is located. If you wish you can, for a small offer, join us for meals, which are always vegetarian. Location: arrive by car or bicycle: towards Lisbon - Algarve, following the IC1 road, after passing through Ourique, and Aldeia de Palheiros, turn left towards Campo de Guerreiros. (Please send email for full location)

Meet Ana, your host

RicaVida is a community of theoretical and practical research for the reunion between culture and nature, in a context of transition from ignorant consumerism and unconscious exploitation of resources to sustainable consumption and autonomous production.

We intend to implement measures to regenerate ecosystems and increase biodiversity. It is our aim to raise awareness about natural values. We want to be a model of biodiversity, an example of regeneration of the Alentejo forest.
