Welcome to Starfarm (Stjärntorp in Swedish), a peaceful countryside retreat where the fields meet the forest. Here, you stay surrounded by nature and the calming sounds of the outdoors.
Choose between staying by the lake in the forest or in the paddock behind the farm — both offering a quiet and relaxing escape. Your stay is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with nature.
Why not rent a bike and explore the beautiful countryside around the farm, or take a refreshing swim in the lake?
From Stjärntorp, you are only 40 minutes from Kolmården Wildlife Park, the largest zoo in Scandinavia. About 1.5 hours south of the farm, you will find Astrid Lindgren's World, a magical theatre park where you can meet beloved characters from Astrid Lindgren’s stories, including Pippi Longstocking, Karlsson-on-the-Roof, Emil i Lönneberga, and many more.
You can arrive by car, or we can pick you up from the train station for an additional fee. We also offer car rental for a day if you would like to explore places beyond cycling distance.

I am a forest farmer that love the nature. Moved back to my childhood farm after a few years overseas and in the cities Gothenburg and Stockholm. Nature is my second home and it is here I fill up for more energy. I have a special place in my heart to "pay-it-forward" the love and security that nature always have gave me. Trails and running with a map I do everyday for exercise and can bring you on one of the tours in my forest, either walking or running.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
