I'm a dreamer and a lover of nature, music and books — still hoping to find time one day to read, write, play and travel a little more ;-)
For the last ten years I've poured myself into Quinta Pedagógica da Caria — a working organic farm and agroforestry project we've been planting since 2018, where we grow food the healthy way and try to do our part for sustainability and the planet. The farm is a partner of the UNESCO Oeste Geopark, and the same place schools and universities come to learn about regenerative agriculture — that work happens by appointment, not while guests are resting; for you, the quinta is simply a quiet corner to slow down in.
Before all this, I spent 16 years as a hotel receptionist and 20 years in a school (10 in the office, 10 in the library) — so hospitality and working with children are second nature.
