About this campspace

Moss Rose Camp Site offers simple green field camping on our small traditional farm. In a quiet and secluded location, set down a long and rather bumpy farm track, we are surrounded by rolling farm land and wildlife.
Ideal location for those wanting a tranquil site and who need somewhere quiet for a few days holiday.
In an area favoured by ornathologists, we have Barn Owls, Buzzards, Hawks and numerous other birds and butterflies.
Enjoy the safety and seclusion of our farm location. We are within easy travelling distance of Blackpool, Morecambe, Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District, making us an ideal base should you wish to explore during your stay.
Toilet block with showers available from July 2021.
As a Greenfield site, there is no electricity provided. Fresh water and Elsan disposal available onsite.
We are a small working farm, keeping cattle, sheep and pigs, pigmy goats, peacocks, guinea fowl and poultry, so please don't be offended by natural 'animal' noises.

We offer a small number of pitches for a family of up to four (with flexibility if your family is slightly larger) at £25.00 per night. Thank you.
