About this location
ATTENTION PLEASE:
1 - NO WC AVAILABLE. WC ONBOARD IS MANDATORY.
2 - max 3 nights stay.
Pitch on self-locking paving stones.
Drinking water, electricity, with CEE plug.
FOR CAMPER/VAN: Depending on how you park, you'll need to reverse to enter or exit the yard. I'll be happy to provide you with the necessary instructions.
FOR CARAVANS: with or without a mover, follow my instructions for parking the two-wheeled cabin. (The rear parking space is not necessary.)
The entrance gate is about 3 meters wide.

The train to Como is very convenient. The journey takes 25 minutes.
It's the best way to reach Como, then you can visit the lake by boat or with a nice seaplane flight.
The train station is just a few hundred meters away on foot, with trains to Como and Milan leaving every 30 minutes during rush hour and every hour at other times.
(*) To discharge gray/black water, you can use the free service area in Saronno, located on Via Grieg in the car park. Overnight parking is not recommended.
Guests will stay in my house's garden.
It is located off the main road, in a quiet, residential area, so please respect the privacy and tranquility of our neighbors.

The activities
We are 13 km from the city of Como and Lake Como.
The train station is 800 meters away, providing access to the city and Milan.
Trains to/from Como and Milan depart every 30-60 minutes, depending on the time of day.
It takes about 25 minutes.
Other aspects
Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, a market, 1 gym and 1 crossfit box.
Petrol station 1 km away.
There is a nice swimming pool with a slide 7 km away:
For beer lovers: within a few kilometers, you can visit several breweries. You can taste excellent craft beers produced in various styles, and in some cases, you can even have lunch and/or dinner. Ask me for more information.
Pets are allowed in the garden, but must always be supervised by the owner.
They can move around the garden.
To travel abroad they must be vaccinated and regularly registered in their country/Europe.
Dogs with muzzle and/or leash, if necessary.
Any other needs, just ask! We'll help if possible.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Access: MAXIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS Check in: Monday to Sunday from 5.30pm - it is a private garden - Check out: last hour 11 am; sleep and have your breakfast quietly. You must have your WC on board, there is no WC in the garden. Without it I cannot host you. From 10 30 pm quiet required.
