Only 5 minutes away from the Paradais Garden Festival in Bruck an der Leitha!
Are you bringing your own tent and camping equipment (e.g. sleeping mat, sleeping bag, light, etc.) and looking for a safe, quiet place during the festival?
No problem! I'll make my garden available as a private campsite.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
House Rules – The Garden Base Please observe the following rules for respectful interaction and a pleasant stay: 🔇 Night rest from 10 pm Please be considerate of your neighbors – loud music is not permitted after 10 p.m. 🧼 Cleanliness Keep your pitch clean. Please leave the site as you would like to find it. 🗑️ Waste disposal Please separate waste and dispose of it properly in the containers provided. 🏊♂️ Pool use prohibited The pool on site is private and not available to guests. 🌿 Respect nature Please do not damage lawns, trees or bushes.
