Pure enjoyment! We had the whole meadow to ourselves. Shower, toilet and drinking water available. Back to basics, we loved it! Will definitely come back

We visited here for 5 nights with our group of friends of 7. The lawn where you put the tents is incredibly large and you can choose a spot yourself. The host is incredibly nice, accommodating and flexible. We could store our cool box in a shed. And we were able to use his pizza oven to bake pizzas for an evening, which was very nice. He helped us light the oven and even gave us some of his fresh vegetables from his garden for the pizzas. The facilities (toilet, hot shower and a kind of kitchenette) are nice and basic but completely perfect. A beautiful farm with cows, sheep and chickens. Very nice and definitely recommended if you are a fan of simple camping!
How was the contact with the host?
We could always call or walk by if we needed anything, he was often gone during the day, but you will probably be too.
Tips for new guests?
Bring boots or high waterproof shoes, the grass can be high and very damp in the morning. A day trip to Leuven is half an hour away and very nice.

Camping on the pasture was a unique and adventurous experience. This is definitely recommended for people looking for a simple and rustic way of camping
How was the contact with the host?
Without any problems. Michel is a very helpful host.
Tips for new guests?
These tips are of course from personal experience.
-wet feet: in the morning there is a lot of dew and the feet quickly become nap. Bring extra socks
- preparing food on a campfire: provide a pan and grill or something similar.
-cold: in winter it quickly gets to 2°C, most sleeping bags are only made for 10°C (to be comfortable) so take something extra with you when it gets cold

Simple camping pitch in a beautiful setting. You can set up your tent all over the meadow. The owner is very friendly. It is a pity that the sanitary facilities are so far away from the camping site. Perhaps a few points that would make the stay more pleasant: a lock on the toilet / shower room and a separate washing-up area (now this was also in the bathroom). With friends for a short trip this is a good very basic place to stay.
