About this location

The space I am offering, dependent on an old traditional farm in Podlasie, is made up of a large garden, meadows, clearings, woods and undergrowth on a few isolated hectares near the Bialowieza forest.
No comfort. That is to say only a dry toilet and water in moderate quantities, the well having only a modest flow. A source is also available on the ground. It is possible to settle nearby.
This can be a stopping point, a place of passage, a rest point, for a day, a week, a month, for those who would like to recharge their batteries in peace and without having to worry about knowing where to land.
The grounds are large enough to not bother you if social interactions aren't really your thing.
The only obvious requirements are to keep the place in its original state, respect the calm, the very present fauna and flora.

I am located in the municipality of Losinka, 17-210 Narew.
Pets allowed. I have a large, rather sociable dog and cats. It’s up to you to ensure that your animals behave well.
Horses welcome. There is something to eat and drink, but there is no closure.
The price indicated is for one night with motorized vehicle. It decreases from the second night by 10% for each additional day until it reaches half the base rate thereafter.
For walkers, cyclists and horse riders, overnight passage is free or at a free rate for those who are uncomfortable with it and who still wish to pay something. For a longer stay basic rate applied.
NB. The traffic restrictions that Poland imposes from time to time depending on circumstances near the Belarusian border do not concern this location.
Wilderness. On a plateau with numerous views. Near the Bialowieza primary forest.
View over vast expanses. Big skies. No noise. No roads nearby. No neighborhood. Very rich fauna and flora. You will see deer several times a day, with storks flying over your campsite in the summer. In fall, winter and spring, herds of bison and elk roam the landscape.
The house and buildings are on the road side, the land extending up to five hundred meters back.
Possibility of setting up both at the edge of the path and at the back of the plot, as desired.
Installations possible in the sun, in the shade of trees or in partial shade, in wild or mowed areas.
Activities
The place and the region are particularly suitable for rest and rejuvenation. The predominantly flat, nicely undulated terrain, the land being on a plateau offering beautiful views, is ideal for walking and especially cycling. Even on asphalt roads car traffic is very low.
Possibility of swimming in nature in the Narew or ponds a few kilometers away.
Swimming pool with games for children 12 kilometers away. Various tourist activities, particularly in Bialowieza which can be reached by bike through the woods.
Possibility of sailing and water sports at Lake Siemianowka.
Other remarks
Do not lose sight of the fact that what is proposed is to settle on a large virgin space, without much more.

As I do not allow the presence of many people due to the rustic nature of the facilities and the desire to preserve the bucolic and wild aspect of the place, it is possible to isolate yourself completely out of sight, or on the contrary settle closer to buildings and the path.
Wild pitches or on a mowed area not far from buildings.
A source in the middle of the field is usable, deemed potable, without guarantee, not analyzed, I recommend at least filtering it (Bexley or other) for human consumption under the responsibility of the user. A small pond allows you to take a dip and even swim if the season is not too dry. Otherwise, the clay is excellent for a mud bath.
A few kilometers away it is possible to swim in the Narew, still in the heart of a large preserved nature, large ponds in the area, or a little further the very large lake of Siemianowka, all accessible by bike by paths countryside, crossing woods and meadows.
Sanitary facilities
A dry toilet only.
I do not authorize the dumping of sanitary facilities on the site, except for gray water: showers, dishes, laundry, far from drawing points, to be agreed on site.
Since the well has a limited flow rate in summer, it is necessary to be parsimonious in its use and share the resource.
The use of the source is at will, taking care to keep it clean.
Depending on the quantity of water available, a very long hose is unrolled in the sun allowing you to shower and wash dishes with hot water.
The equipment
Possibility of moderately drawing water from the well. It is filtered, notably by a ceramic filter for drinking, but its potability is usual, not guaranteed by a laboratory.
Possible to recharge phone and small equipment at home and/or from a garden socket.
Private washing machine usable moderately always for a question of water, at the cost of 15 zlotys or 20 zlotys with natural washing product (Marseille soap + potash + bicarbonate + percarbonate for white + vinegar for rinsing).
WiFi available in the area around the house.
Electricity can possibly be provided (taken in the garden) at a rate to be fixed by mutual agreement. Extension to be provided by the user.
