About this location

Welcome!
Several pitches are available as well as three chalets.
You have access to an outdoor kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, sink), a basic outdoor shower with cold water, and dry toilets.
The land is equipped with solar panels, the only source of electricity.
Only one charging point for phones and computers in the outdoor kitchen.
Water comes from a borehole.
If you have a dog, please note it must not chase the chickens or cats.

The space I offer is 8000 m². It is surrounded by trees, close to a magnificent quarry worth discovering.

Activities
I offer yoga classes. Energy treatments and massages in a small chalet.

I organize about one or two concerts a month in the warmer months.

Six different pitches are available for motorhomes, vans, tents, and caravans, with your choice of morning or evening shade.

I am open to any exchange or woofing proposals...

I have several locations under trees or in full sun with beautiful views to the south.
I propose five spaces:
▪︎ The quarry: a 100 m2 space overlooking the quarry, view of Sète, facing south.
▪︎ Parking: 4 or 5 spaces for vans or camper vans.
* The guinguette: one or two spaces within my guinguette under an olive tree near the kitchen.
* The orchard: this space can accommodate 5 to 6 tents, at the bottom of the field, close to the toilets.
▪︎ Terra Nova: large wooded area that can accommodate several tents
You have access to dry toilets at the bottom of my land.
You have access to a shower in a chalet under construction in the Terra Nova area.
The equipment:
On the guinguette part there is an outdoor kitchen and tables at your disposal.
I can possibly offer my camper van for accommodation which can accommodate 3 people.
Electricity is occasionally possible.

I live a peaceful life on this property, far from the hustle and bustle of cities and villages. I love my tranquility, but also enjoy meeting beautiful people who respect nature.
In spring, summer, and autumn I organize concerts as private evenings one or two times a month.
In my small chalet, I teach yoga and offer massages.
I offer two chalets for rent.
I am also a musician.
