About this location

We have converted a large and small Pipowagen into a guest house, there is also room for camping. There is a swimming pool, football field, canoe, bicycles, etc. and a beautiful view over the polder and 150 meters. from the harbor of the Alkmaardermeer. We are also within cycling distance from the beach and the dunes, the historic city center of Alkmaar is 10 KM away.

If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Rules

The Pipowagen is at our back in the yard and is easily accessible, the items can be unloaded from the car, after which the car can be parked in the nearby parking lot. The canteen can be used in consultation.

We are the Kerssens family from Akersloot and live on the edge of the Klaashoorn and Kijfpolder. We have been renting out a linked Pipowagen as a B&B for 5 years, but people often hear that it is actually also an ideal holiday spot, especially if a tent is also placed for the children. We hope that more people will find this beautiful place through campspace to take a break. (Meets all RIVM corona rules.)
