About this campspace
We have converted a large and small Pipowagen into a guest house, there is also room for camping. There is a swimming pool, football field, canoe, bicycles, etc. and a beautiful view over the polder and 150 meters. from the harbor of the Alkmaardermeer. We are also within cycling distance from the beach and the dunes, the historic city center of Alkmaar is 10 KM away.

We are the Kerssens family from Akersloot and live on the edge of the Klaashoorn and Kijfpolder. We have been renting out a linked Pipowagen as a B&B for 5 years, but people often hear that it is actually also an ideal holiday spot, especially if a tent is also placed for the children. We hope that more people will find this beautiful place through campspace to take a break. (Meets all RIVM corona rules.)

Beautiful location on the edge of meadows near Alkmaardermeer. We loved the cats and the trampoline, but there is also a football field, a basket and a swimming pool.
Pipowagen is furnished with an eye for detail and really feels like a home. Nice and luxurious with TV in bed and fresh eggs from the chickens.

We enjoyed our stay with Wendy and Jan very much! Wendy and Jan are very hospitable hosts! We got fresh eggs from their chickens.
In the evening we barbecued, walked and slept in the pipowagen.
On the field in front of the gypsy wagon it is possible to set up a tent, while inside you can sleep with 4 people. On this field there is also a trampoline, a basketball pole and a go-kart. Next to it is a football field with 2 goals. There is also a canoe with which you can sail on the Alkmaardermeer. Of course you can swim in this lake, but there is also a swimming pool set up in the garden. Cows and sheep are grazing on the land in front of the pipowagen.
The gypsy wagon has a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also a refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle.
In short, a wonderful stay for those who are passing through or who want to enjoy the peace and quiet!

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
The Pipowagen is at our back in the yard and is easily accessible, the items can be unloaded from the car, after which the car can be parked in the nearby parking lot. The canteen can be used in consultation.
