Our eco-friendly sanctuary draws its sustenance from crystal-clear spring water and harnesses solar and wind power to provide electricity. Nature thrives here, offering a bountiful array of herbs in every direction. If you yearn for a tranquil, unspoiled environment far from the clamor of urban life, the Pilgrims' Nest is your ultimate escape for hillside camping with a hot tub.
Our campsite rests on several terraces just above the main house, shaded by majestic cedar and Douglas fir trees. Explore the site's offerings, including a refreshing tap with natural spring water, a wood fire-heated hot water tub for a soothing soak, an inviting open fireplace on a nearby terrace, and a captivating 'sunset terrace' boasting panoramic vistas. You'll also find a spacious shelter complete with a fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen and a 3m long picnic table (please note that there is no electric fridge).
The bathroom facilities, including a separate wooden cabin for the solar-powered shower, are conveniently located adjacent to the house. Indulge in an optional breakfast, featuring delightful homemade bread for just 6,-€. Please be aware that mobile phone network connectivity may be limited to specific areas on the property. Kindly note that the nearest shops can be found in Limoux, a downhill journey of 22km, and there is no public transportation available.
