About this campspace

it's a garden located on the moreniche hill around Garda Lake (Italy), giving you the best spot to enjoy the countryside and all the lake activities without feeling the stress of the "tourist movida"

It's a garden that keeps on developing and growing following the permaculture principles. If you come and join us you will have the chance to camp aside a synergic garden that provide us food all year long, relax on a amac in a bamboo gazebo or enjoy the shade of a small wood and a pond.

The area suits all kind of tourism: if you are up for relaxing days on the lake you are just 15 min driving away from the best beach in Sirmione sourrounded by olive trees and an old roman house.
If you also want to have day trips verona and brescia are just around the corner and you can also have the chance to visti venice and his beuaty just with an hour and half train ride solving the parking problems over there.
If you want to know more about italy and his history in this area has been fought the 2 main battles for indipendene, San Martino and Solferino where the idea of Red Cross started!
You can wonder around visiting the battles fields and little museum.
at last and not just for kids Gardaland, the biggest italian amusment park famous worldwide is just 30 min away.

We hope to meet you and offer you a pleasent and unique stay.

Magnificent location in a paradisiacal location truly immersed in nature with views of Lake Garda. Renato is very kind and very welcoming and very well he is honeyed. Please note this post to your liking for its nature and authenticity.

Amazing place, very remote and quiet.

How was the contact with the host?
Very friendly and forthcoming. Renato is a super chill and helpful person.

Tips for new guests?
Mosquito repellent is definitely a must. You can freely choose a spot on the premises after the introduction. Much of it is slanted though, so it's a little tough to find a good spot for a tent or to park a van.

Amazing pitch in an olive garden. Beautiful view over the valley, lake Garda and great environment. Pretty basic toilet and cold rainwater shower, but it adds to the camping experience.

How was the contact with the host?
Renato and his family are very kind people. They are very welcoming and always respond to messages or questions very quickly. Renato is a passionate beekeeper and will tell you all you need to know about them.

Tips for new guests?
The mall is 4 min. away so all your shopping needs will be easily accessible. You'll need mosquito-repellent. Tiger mosquito's are very frequent.

The communication was super easy and Renato and his family (which includes a cuddly and playful cat and a lot of honey bees :D) is extremely kind and supportive. You find a nice spot with shadow, close enough to the showers etc.

Next time we will do nature camping in the region, we will for sure come backnto Renato.

It is a lovely, quiet spot here above the Lago di Garda, which you can see through the panorama window of the compost toilet. 😄 Within 15 min. you reach the lake and Verona is not far. We put our tent directly in front of the room with the fridge, the table and electricity, we were aloud to use. That was great when it rained. Thank you! Our kids were very happy with the 3 little cats and WiFi! 🤩 And we stayed even longer...

How was the contact with the host?
Renato and his family are very lovely people, giving information and help whenever they can. Thank you very much for everything!

Tips for new guests?
It is not so easy to find a flat position for a big tent. Bring something to have further shadow and get your bread for breakfast the evening before, because there is no bakery in walking distance anymore. ... And then enjoy your stay here!

My family and I had a wonderful 2 night stay.

The facilities available met the description and were what we expected.

The directions to the farm were easy to follow and accurate.

It was easy to access the lake and we also visited Gardaland.

The host and the other guests where very polite and welcoming.

I would recommend staying here if you would like a relaxing, back to nature stay away from the noise and business of locations closer to Lake Garda

How was the contact with the host?
Excellent communication before, on arrival and during our stay.

Tips for new guests?
Enjoy the natural surroundings and the views.

Visit the lake a sunset it’s so beautiful

Peaceful garden with lots of space. We were supposed to stay three days but stayed a whole week. If you find the places in the garden too crooked, you can find a place in the olive groves.
Compost toilet and outdoor showers. Common room with fridge and electricity
Nice quiet locations for swimming and walking near Lake Garda 30 minutes away, you can also choose the tourist beaches 15 minutes away..
Large supermarkets in the vicinity.
If you want to avoid all the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda and enjoy simple camping, this is the ideal place!

How was the contact with the host?
Very friendly and helpful. Good tips for restaurants in the area, beautiful places in the area, ask all your questions..

I had a great time staying at the Yurt. It needed a bit of a clean when I arrived, but perhaps this was because I was at the end of the season. It looks a bit different than the photos as it no longer has the wood burning stove and the bathroom downstairs was not open. But overall very spacious and cosy.

How was the contact with the host?
Great, Renato was very kind and helpful

Tips for new guests?
Check out the beautiful view from the yurt balcony

The good points: the camp site is very picturesque. There are showers, a compost toilet, a fridge, charging station and WiFi in the kitchen area. Renato was very responsive and friendly.

The bad points: This is more about the area than the campsite but I think we should have been informed of this when booking. There is a nightclub very close to the camp site. It plays INCREDIBLY loud music from 11pm to 6am (this was both nights we stayed here) it was impossible to sleep.

Again I can’t say this is the fault of the campsite as when we contacted Renato he called the police to complain of the noise immediately but there was no action taken.

How was the contact with the host?
Very good.

Tips for new guests?
See the note about the nightclub.
