About this location

Welcome to the green heart of Wernswig. You will find a historic estate with a large park garden featuring mature trees. In summer it is very pleasant and ideal for pitching your tent under the shade of these trees. You can spend your time with various games such as badminton, Viking chess, Indiaka, or in bad weather with table tennis, billiards or board games. Via our meadow path you can reach the local shop in just a few minutes, where you can buy regional products, fresh bread and meat, eggs, honey and more. Otherwise you are also very close to Frielendorf or Homberg/Efze for shopping. At Silbersee you can cool off nicely. There are also other attractions such as climbing park, bobsled run, adventure golf, mini golf and more.

Our small, idyllic accommodation is located at the far end of our park garden, behind the pond, tucked away under blackthorn and hornbeam trees. It's a cottage – just one room, but it has everything you need to unwind! The cottage features two beds with comfortable mattresses. From each bed, you can gaze out at nature and observe the wildlife that is particularly active in the surrounding fields in the mornings. You can also enjoy the sunrise and sunset. A table with two chairs provides a cozy spot for breakfast or playing board games. You'll also find some books and magazines here. Basic tableware (glasses, cups, cutlery, and a breakfast board) is provided. A charcoal grill is also available for your use. Please bring your own charcoal. A garden furniture set is located in front of the cottage, and you can also relax in the hanging chair under the hornbeam trees. Basic self-catering is possible. The bathroom, located in the barn, contains a toilet and sink.
