About this location

Economical and fast access (day and night) to Paris (metro line 13), Saint-Denis (tram T1), La Défense (direct bus)... even Versailles (RER C). All in a privileged neighborhood (listed buildings in a green and natural area), safe and quiet, only ten minutes from Paris intra-muros.
Garden in two parts (in length): parking for one vehicle (up to almost 10 meters long) and relaxation area (tree, grass, garden furniture, etc.) away from the street, the two separated by a garden chalet.
We speak fluent English. We communicate in French or English.
All shops (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy), cinema, parks and swimming pool... are accessible within a few hundred meters. And even a large shopping center a little further (2 km).

Good to know:
– Only ONE vehicle in the garden (the 2nd part, on grass and with a tree in the middle, is not accessible to vehicles...). Only ONE reservation/family at the same time (the two announcements correspond to the two options offered, with or without house access).
- Choose your option carefully: "independent" (garden with water and electricity, without toilets) or "house access" (with, in addition, direct access to the toilet and a shower in a small bathroom that I reserve for you).
– We respect your choice to be independent but, if you wish, we will be happy to talk and spend time with you, as far as our respective availability allows.
