Come and discover a peaceful spot in the heart of nature, enclosed grounds, motorized gate, security assured and only 1 km from "civilization".
In the countryside, quiet, but 1 km from large shops, restaurants, McDonald's, etc.
I am therefore located on the viarhona, accessible by car, motorbike and camper van, ideally placed for cyclists.
Located 2km from Valence, you can simply spend a day or a night or several days, in MY peaceful countryside, but with all amenities really close by.
