About this location
We have a very spacious pitch on our farm for tents, campers, or vans. Enjoy the owls at night and wake up with the cows. Baarle Nassau, the most unique village in the whole world with the most enclaves. Plenty of cycling opportunities and history. It is possible to come and watch the milking or feeding of the calves. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Swimming at 't Zand in Alphen, the enclave situation, discovering the borders of Baarle with a guide, cycling along the 'Bels Lijntje' railway, many chapels, and much more. The camping pitch at the back of the land is truly back to nature. There is no electricity or water available here. However, there is a tap for hot and cold water. Electricity is also available here for charging your phone. Enjoy the peace and quiet around you, the panoramic view, and the rising and setting sun. Every Sunday morning, fresh bread rolls can be ordered, which we get fresh from the baker. A delicious breakfast can also be provided at an extra cost. Emptying portable toilets is only permitted if no toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. have been used. Dogs are not allowed. Due to fire hazard, smoking is only permitted on campsites. We observe a quiet period on our premises from 9:00 PM. Charging electric cars is not permitted.

Leon and Ghislaine have been running the farm at this location for the third generation. The oldest barn dates back to the early 1900s and is still fully in use. If you would like to take a look at our work, this is always possible by arrangement. We offer relaxation spots with electricity and water on our farm (this is not available at the camping spot). Enjoy the space, peace, birds, and cows. Located in the most unique village in the world with the most enclaves. Many cycling opportunities. For those who want to unwind completely, you can choose a spot yourself at the back of our land in consultation. View of the surrounding fields. There is no electricity or water available here. Seasonal influences are large on our dairy farm. Also in our daily lives, we eat with the seasons. We also feed our cows VLOG. This means that we do not feed genetically modified food and as little soy as possible.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
