Drinking water from our own well, the grounds are lit with LED lighting and all lights are turned off at 10 p.m. so that the animals in the forest can sleep peacefully.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Rules

We believe it is important that our guests can rest undisturbed and enjoy the beautiful nature, so we also have quiet hours between 20:00 and 08:00 where all guests are expected to ensure peace for fellow guests. Available facilities for all guests: - Free use of the swimming lake. - Dogs are allowed provided they are leashed and discussed in advance. - Sport fishing is allowed in the lake and rivers provided caught fish are released. - Folding caravans and caravans are unfortunately not allowed. - The use of electric BBQs is permitted. General information and what is not allowed: - Seasonal opening from 1 May to 1 October. - Languages spoken: NL - FR - DE - EN. - Payment options: PIN, cash or bank transfer. - Cars must not leave or drive onto the grounds between 22:00 and 08:00.

Maximum 2 dogs per stay provided they are kept on a leash and registered in advance, accommodation for a fee.
