About this campspace

We live in the old cantor's house in an idyllic village in the Lüneburg Heath in Lower Saxony. Located between the vicarage, church, cemetery and the Weddenwiesen with pond and forest area, our micro campsite is the perfect location for a quiet camp at night.

You can use the days for trips to the nearby safari park, bird park or heathland park. Or you can take a bike tour to the surrounding villages, breathe in the pine scent of the forests in nature and then refresh yourself at the Düshorn lido.

There is a parking space under oak trees, next to our carport, with a view of the vicarage and the Weddenwiesen. There are other possible parking spaces on a former horse pasture between the cemetery and the vicarage. There is also a public picnic table on the Weddenwiesen.

You are very welcome!

I live in a beautiful little village in Lower Saxony and I like to be out and about to discover new things. Mostly in the company of my husband and my 2 children. We like to do activities together and have had a lot of great moments. I am often drawn into the distance for a change of scenery, but I am always happy to return to our cats, horses and ducks.

I had a lovely stay at Sybille's Campspace. I've stayed for one amazing night, and waking up under the tall trees was a unique feeling.

How was the contact with the host?
Upon arrival Sybille welcomed me right away and showed me around the facilities, and the house. Also she informed me about activities in the area as well as places to visit.

Tips for new guests?
I would recommend to bring levelling devices to set your RV/camper in level for full comfort. :)

Our host was really polite and friendly. We got a warm welcome and the host showed us everything around the house. Additionally he gave us gave us detailed information (including a map) about the area to go hiking or biking. We could come to him at any time if we had any questions or problems.

Campspace offers a good opportunity to go camping apart from big camping areas, where you have a lot of tourism. It ist really nice to have the possibility to stay at someone's place and travel more induvidually.

We went a lot biking in the area through nearest forests. There are a lot of attractions close by, but we decided to enjoy just the nature. It was really beautiful. I can totally recommend it.
