About this location
Welcome to nature: Dear guests, welcome to our 550 sq m camp garden. It's an idyllic, quiet, and well-maintained spot. We live on a private road in a small village near Baden bei Wien (Beethoven, for example, spent a lot of time in Baden :)). Our slightly elevated location offers picturesque views. On the property, there's a lovely treehouse that, by arrangement, certainly provides an adventurous and unique overnight experience for young and old. Since we have children, there's also a sandbox, trampoline, etc., nearby, which can be used by arrangement. There's also a playground in the village. The camp garden has a cold water connection, and a basic camping toilet can be provided free of charge. Electricity and hot water can also be arranged upon request. Please let us know upon arrival. A small Weber gas grill is available for rent. In the region: The forest (the Helenental is part of the Schwechat Valley in the Vienna Woods in Lower Austria near Baden bei Wien) is just a few steps away, offering numerous hiking opportunities. The immediate surroundings offer a wide range of activities, such as cycling, mountain biking, swimming in the Schwechat River, climbing, horseback riding, and cultural experiences. In summer, you can swim in a biotope (Wöllersdorf-Steinabrückl), just a 30-minute drive away. The town of Baden is only 10 minutes away, where you'll find a thermal spa (a lido, a swimming pool with sand :)). In winter, the forest offers opportunities for cross-country skiing. There's a good inn in the village and other excellent restaurants in Baden. The city of Vienna can be reached in about 35 minutes by car or bus/train. Overall, it's a wonderful area with many possibilities, making it ideal for individuals, couples, or families. We look forward to your visit! Violetta and family

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
