Nature camping on the Lower Rhine
With us you are standing on a fenced orchard directly at the foot of the Rhine dike near Rees, the oldest town on the lower Lower Rhine. Our natural campsite is located on a hardly used service road and offers you absolute peace, especially at night. Water, electricity and gray water disposal are possible with us. It is also possible to use the toilet for a cleaning fee of 5 euros per day.
Activities on the Lower Rhine
With us you have a direct connection to what is probably the most beautiful cycle path right on the top of the dyke between Rees and the famous Bislicher Seenplatte. From here you can go on extensive bike tours and hikes in the typical Lower Rhine area. To the north it is about 30 minutes by bike to the Netherlands and to the south about 60 minutes by bike to the Ruhr area. How about a trip to the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen?

We stood very nicely on a small orchard. Directly behind the dike on which you can cycle very well. It's about 6 km to Rees and it's worth checking out. From time to time a car drives by during the day, but at night it is very quiet.
How was the contact with the host?
Very nice reception, we immediately got tips for the area, a fuse for the hot water tank had blown and Markus was kind enough to have a replacement for us.
