About this campspace

We have converted this abandoned water mill into a charming campsite. It is possible to stay inside the mill itself or to camp in your own tent. We have a dry toilet and a natural river shower.
Warm water is available at our farm nearby. You can walk over the river. You can eat or cook over a river sand bank.
The mill is located next a beautiful river, perfect for swimming on a hot day or taking a scenic walk. Also for cool floating wheel tire as a suggestion. Just a few minutes away by foot, you are welcome to visit our 4-hectare organic farm. We have fruit orchards, a garden, and some animals (geese, chickens, and sheep). We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay with us.
Has exterior showe, at annex has dry toilet and cooking support.
You can taste a local "codfish" cake over Requeixo swimming area, on our local trail.
No Electricity! We provide consumable large water bottles!

We are a local, homely family, with a passion for nature, organic farming, the pleasures of traditional lands, ancient knowledge, old cars, sustainable solar methods (solar oven), and windmills! We like to help others, and since 2004 we have been, over time, rehabilitating local buildings and natural heritage, within our means. We live with Nature!
