About this location
Dear guests, having already met a number of relaxed and interesting people through renting out the property, I am pleased to offer accommodation on the banks of the Berounka River, in the idyllic area of the Křivoklát Protected Landscape Area.
The location is ideal for cycling, boating, swimming, or hiking. Or simply relaxing and enjoying the time.
Our property is ideal for family holidays and groups, for long or short stays. On the flat, level, and easily accessible, large, fenced plot with beautiful views of the rocks above the river, you can spend a few days away from the worries of everyday life. The plot is large enough for a large number of tents for a full group (by arrangement). The tents get bigger and bigger every year, so if you haven't reserved the plot exclusively and you plan to pitch a tent with larger dimensions than usual, please discuss everything with me in advance.
We provide a restroom, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, an indoor and outdoor shower, and electrical hookups. The house, or rather the ground floor with all its facilities, is for your exclusive use and, in the case of shared use of the property, a maximum of two other families. Of course, we won't be there with you :-). Barbecues or spending time by the fire are possible. We are happy to welcome decent travelers, provide tips for excursions, and guide you to canoe rentals and a good dinner.
All tents must have the electricity option activated as the hut facilities (e.g. toilet, refrigerator) will be used.
Addendum: I'm pleasantly surprised by the high level of interest in staying with us, but I don't want to fill the space at any price. It's important to me that you enjoy your stay. If you don't find a suitable date in the calendar, try writing to me; perhaps we can find a solution that suits you.

Visits to Prague or the castles Karlštejn and Křivoklát. Many natural attractions are nearby and can be reached by train, car, bicycle (e-bike) or, in some cases, on foot.

Canoeing on the river, cycling tours, swimming in the river directly below the property - water shoes strongly recommended!

A very well-stocked store is 4 km away (Nižbor), a restaurant in the village, and three more are within 4 km (Nižbor). The larger town of Beroun (20,000 inhabitants) with complete infrastructure is 15 km away (train, bus connection).

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Please be considerate of others and your neighbors - excessive noise that could disturb anyone should be avoided. Please take your waste with you and dispose of it yourself.
