About this location

Magnificent 17-hectare private lake on a 25-hectare property, accessible for overnight stays. An exceptional, fully enclosed site, ideal for nature lovers. I offer additional activities (supplement payable to the caretaker) on-site, such as fishing or kayak rentals. The lake boasts crystal-clear water in a lush, natural setting. We have filtered water and optional solar-powered electricity. We have a shower and dry toilets. Activities include canoeing on the lake, fishing for predatory fish, carp, or coarse fish, electric zodiac tours on the lake, visits to castles, and vineyard tours. The train station is within walking distance of the lake, allowing you to reach Bordeaux in 25 minutes by train.

  • You can visit Bordeaux on foot by train from Podensac station! The Lillet Museum is accessible on foot, as is the park of Château Chavat.

  • You can reach Bordeaux directly by train in less than 30 minutes. Ideal for sightseeing thanks to the train station nearby.
