About this location

Total peace, exceptional environment, spacious grounds.
We can only accommodate minivans, preferably self-contained.
Dry toilets and solar shower lovingly set up. Please bring levelling blocks as the terrain is not entirely flat.
Beautiful views, no buildings, just rosemary, thyme and broom in June! No noise.
Across the way is a departmental park for hikers.

Activities
Monaco (30 minutes), Eze (15 minutes), Italy 35 minutes.
Departmental park, Natura 2000, hiking and beautiful villages nearby (Eze, Monaco, Menton, Italy, Nice).
10 minutes by car to a tram station for Nice. Otherwise, we can drive you to the bus stop 4 minutes away.

Other notes
A place of total peace and serenity.
NICE is a maximum of 25 minutes away.
WARNING: NO waste disposal available (septic tank).

Nature, flowers, stones, pieces of wood, the blue sky, pines, rosemary, thyme, broom in June, grills, tea, coffee, belotte, thieving rummy, I hate tobacco, cigarettes, alcoholics, but I love mauresque (pastis) and limoncello!

  • Nice excursion to do at the departmental park which is close to the maisontal which is

  • AUCHAN + PETROL STATION 5 min by car + small market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings in LA TRINITÉ

  • Vieux N²ice is a 20-minute drive away, otherwise the Port district. There are parking lots nearby.

  • HAPPY PIZZA A LA TRINITÉ + Small Chinese fast food restaurant 5 min by car, opposite Auchan
