Specially designed for group barbecues. Football, volleyball, and badminton are also possible. You will need to provide the necessary equipment: goals, nets, etc. Children remain the sole responsibility of their parents 24/7, especially in the water environment. This place, often described as magical, is perfect for a break on a 20,000 m² property. Since April 2008, we have offered 30 km of hiking and cycling trails along the Seine and Yonne rivers. Located in an exceptional setting, this trail invites you to discover a rich and varied environmental heritage. Along these 30 km, you will explore water and nature in all their forms. You'll learn a great deal about the history of our fourteen villages thanks to the interpretive panels scattered along the route. Numerous information panels about water and the environment, placed every 500 meters, and a general map will guide you throughout your hike. To make your walk even more enjoyable, you can relax and take in the scenery by sitting on a bench or enjoying a picnic with family or friends at a picnic table. Discover charming and sometimes unusual places like locks and dams, insects along the water's edge, and aquatic vegetation. Listen carefully and keep your eyes wide open to appreciate all that nature has to offer! The activities available in our villages are numerous and perfect for enhancing your stay. They include walks, cycling, waterskiing, horseback riding, canoeing, paddleboarding, and much more. You'll also find a direct train to Paris Gare de Lyon in just one hour to make your travels easier. Additional information: The maximum length for minivans is 8 meters; there is no height restriction. Children remain the sole responsibility of their parents.
