About this location

Large, peaceful plot of land just 2 kilometers from a village and 15 minutes from the beach, nestled among vineyards. You'll find pine trees, olive trees, vines, and a meadow. Our advantages: space, tranquility, and freedom. The large plot and all facilities are outdoors and continuously accessible. New sanitary facilities with 3 showers and 2 toilets are located in a separate building, including one accessible toilet (construction scheduled for spring 2026). There is a kitchen area with a sink and refrigerator rental. Drinking water and electricity are available continuously. The 1-hectare property is peaceful yet accessible via a paved road. It sits on a rise above the village, with large pine trees on one side and olive trees and a view of the village on the other. On-site activities include wine tasting and sales. In summer, there are concerts on Thursday evenings (dates to be confirmed). Frontignan les Arresquiers beach, 15 minutes by car, a beach with very little development and less crowded than its neighbours Palavas or La Grande-Motte, walks in the nearby Gardiole massif, strolls around the Thau lagoon and its oyster beds, Salagou lake, St Guilhem le dessert, visits to the cities of Montpellier, Sète, Pézenas...

Please do not light fires or use barbecues without asking us first, as the risk of fire is very high during the summer months. For campervans, please do not empty your chemical toilets as we are connected to a septic tank. The site is not fenced, so please be mindful of your pets if they are coming with you. We welcome them, but please respect other campers and their animals, if they have any. We ask that dogs be kept on a leash. This is a working vineyard, and there may be some noise at certain times, such as tractors, trucks, and areas inaccessible to farm equipment (e.g., grape harvest at the end of August).

We are a couple with a son, Valentin, and we both live and work on the property. We enjoy conviviality, music, and good food. We are independent winemakers and cultivate our vines to produce white, red, and rosé wines in our cellar. The estate is located in the Hérault region, between Montpellier and Sète, 2 kilometers from the village of Cournonsec. If you stop by, you can enjoy a large property, the peace and quiet of the countryside, and the southern sunshine. We would be delighted to share our craft with you over a tasting of our wines produced on-site. We also organize concert evenings under the pergola during the summer, to which you are welcome.
