About this location
Hello, you'd like to reserve your pitch in our haven of well-being! You've found the right place, and we welcome you to Béarn, near Pau. We'll give you a warm and friendly welcome! Your pitch will be private (no other campers) in our garden: we want you to feel almost at home! Enjoy the garden any day of the year. The 3000 m² garden is enclosed and secure so you can make the most of your stay with us. The garden's layout will allow you to maintain your privacy. Fruit and ornamental trees create shaded areas in various parts of the garden so you can relax in the shade. Please note that you only have access to your pitch in the garden; nothing else. We have set up three options depending on your needs, payable on arrival. The garden features a heated, saltwater swimming pool, 11 meters long with a depth between 1.10m and 1.50m. It is open year-round but is not heated from November until mid-April. Access is available depending on the chosen option. Tranquility reigns here, even though the garden is close to the ring road. Shops are a 10-minute walk from the house, and the bus stop is nearby (a 5-minute walk). We are close to Pau train station (10 minutes by car and a 25-minute walk). If you have a vehicle, you can park it at our property and sleep there safely. We would be delighted to share some time with you! We manage to speak English :-) We have set up 3 comfort options: a basic option for campers who only need electricity, a campervan option with a toilet and shower (they will have access to electricity, water, the swimming pool, and the summer kitchen), and an option for other campers (vans without amenities and tent campers) who need sanitary facilities and electricity and can enjoy the swimming pool and summer kitchen. This option is in addition to the pitch fee. Payment for these options will be made on site: please ask me for the price. Around our campsite, you can go hiking in the mountains or on the plains and head out to the Basque coast to fish, surf, or simply cool off in the water. As a sports instructor, I offer Nordic walking activities with poles provided: a 1-hour outing along the Gave river, and gentle physical activities such as beginner Pilates, stretching, body zen, and relaxation for 1 hour with equipment provided. Furthermore, as a wellness and energy massage practitioner, I can also offer you massages from 30 minutes to 1 hour: a pure moment of relaxation! A Jacuzzi spa will also be available for an additional fee. If you tire of sleeping in your tent, it is possible to sleep in a room or in a caravan for an extra charge. The property is under video surveillance.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Please respect the cleanliness of the premises and the residents and keep the noise down after 11:30 p.m. in the garden. We don't smoke, but we are tolerant as long as homecampers are discreet and cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. Smoking and eating in the pool/spa/jacuzzi area are not allowed! If you have children, we ask you to be very careful because the pool has a submerged cover but no barrier. Dogs are welcome as long as we discuss it beforehand because our animals are completely free outside and we want them to live their lives without being too disturbed!
