La Clairière de Dana is a friendly and welcoming place, in a good mood and respect for everyone, we particularly appreciate the music. So that everything goes superbly for everyone, it is important that you understand the spirit of the place and the behavior to adopt there. This little “charter” sets the framework within which your well-being and fun are invited to flourish. By signing it, you agree to the points below:
My group does not include any person with reduced mobility or children under 9 years old (security reasons).
Payment of the reservation of the place of accommodation: by bank transfer. The reservation is valid as soon as you send proof of payment by email.
Payment of the deposit and activities: in cash on your arrival before your installation.
Hours: Your choice between 4:00 p.m. on the first day and 4:00 p.m. on the second / last day; except prior agreement. Curfew (= silence or noise / music imperceptible by people who want to sleep) from 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Caution: On your arrival, you take a short tour of the premises to see that everything is clean and in good condition. You can take pictures if you wish. At the exit, we do the same.
Consumption of substances (including alcoholic): strictly limited to legal regulations and on condition that this consumption poses no risk of accident or inconvenience to other occupants.
Waste management: organic waste in compost, all other waste is to take away (so have your garbage bag in your luggage).
In order to preserve the hygiene of wild cooking plants, dogs are not allowed on the site and humans can only dispose of their physiological waste in the dry toilet.
Management of the dry toilet: the contents of the toilet must be emptied by you in the place indicated nearby (except if cleaning by the host) at least once a day and must be cleaned with the hygiene product provided before your departure. If you prefer to entrust us with cleaning the toilet and the platform, this is possible for an additional 60 €.
Restoration of the premises: as on your arrival minus the wood you will have consumed for your fires. Sweeping and cleaning equipment is provided.
