About this location
An unusual house nestled in nature, between woods and scrubland. The house comprises a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and two small terraces. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove and central heating. Each bedroom has direct access to the outside. The house faces south, enjoying plenty of sunshine, beautiful views, peace and quiet, and starry skies – all the conditions for a relaxing getaway. It is only 1.5 km from the village (market, restaurant). Excellent Wi-Fi connection. You can immediately set off on the many hiking trails. Nearby, there are three lakes for swimming and the Aude Gorges (canoeing, kayaking, rafting). A bar, restaurant, and supermarket are 8 km away. The access road to the house is 1 km long and unpaved, but the house is easily accessible by car. From the house, you might occasionally see deer, roe deer, and various birds of prey.
