About this location

Our Campspace is located on our own lane in Bornerbroek, in the heart of beautiful Twente. Enthusiastic about our own bell tent vacations, we happily share this spot.

Here you can enjoy the peace and nature, walk barefoot through the morning dew or venture out on an adventure. Our house is located in a nature reserve near the forest.

In the meadows around our house you regularly see deer, hares, rabbits, pheasants, many birds and also the neighbors' sheep. In addition, our chickens, cats and our dog roam around on the grounds.

You discover the surroundings through one of the many walking/cycling/MTB routes, two of which run past our house.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. Dogs are allowed, provided they are social and on a leash. When walking along the roads or in the woods, we expect you to clean up what your dog leaves behind. We have a compost toilet and it works differently than a normal toilet. We ask you to follow the rules for use neatly so that we can let you camp as sustainably as possible. After 10 pm we, nature and our neighbors like peace and quiet. Cancellation is sometimes unavoidable for whatever reason. Please contact us. Note: Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Tips

  • Visit our neighbor 'de Blije Zuivel' for homemade (fruit) yogurt, Kefir and ice creams. But also for organic eggs and jam.

  • A visit to the town of Delden with Streekmarkt, Salt Museum and Landgoed Twickel.

  • LIDL-Bornsestraat Almelo 3.7km by bike

  • 'The Shamrock' in Almelo (4.5km - 15min bike ride) is always a good choice for both food and a drink in the Irish pub.

  • Hertme's Ambacht is our favorite restaurant. 7 km from our house (12 min by car / 20 min by bike)
