About this location
We are a family with 3 children (Stienes, Kanter and Reine) and we live in the Beverse polder, a stone's throw from Sint-Niklaas and Antwerp. Our garden can accommodate a few tents. During the summer months there is a swimming pool in the garden, which can be used if desired. This can be agreed in mutual consultation. There is no plumbing, but electricity and drinking water are.
In front of the house there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the tram connection with Antwerp, but there is also a smooth connection to the E34 (Antwerp - Knokke).

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Our neighbors have children just like us, so we ask for respect towards them in terms of noise, waste, ... Pets are not allowed. We already have chickens, guinea pigs and rabbits in the garden. That is enough for us.
