Tranquility and lush greenery, just a 15-minute bike ride from La Rochelle, a 10-minute walk from the sea, a picturesque beach, and immediate access to cycle paths. Bus, train, and shops are nearby. Rural, wooded, sunny, and secluded, yet located in a residential area. Far from main roads, only the sounds of birds and the wind can be heard. A regional train line runs along the edge of the garden (18 trains a day!). Views of the large 2,500 m² garden. Swimming, beach, walks, cycling, shore fishing, and water sports (paddleboarding, kayaking, etc.).

You can store your bicycles inside next to your tent and/or your vehicle (maximum height 1.8 m) under the covered area adjoining the house. You will have the house to yourself, allowing you to easily carry out any maintenance or repairs. You will share a dry toilet, which is cleaned daily, with other guests staying in a caravan on the property. An outdoor shower with a hose and cold water tap is available for washing dishes and showering.

The plot of land where the caravan is located is situated between two properties that are not separate but do exist. Therefore, you are asked to respect the boundaries of your property (750m²). The site is open but can be closed upon request. Young children must not be left unattended. You must return the spaces you used to their original clean and functional condition.
