Idyllic campsite right on the edge of the Tüschenwald forest
Our camp space is embedded in the natural beauty of the Lower Rhine, right on the edge of the picturesque Tüschenwald forest. A short dirt road takes you into the world of the forest and you can enjoy wonderful walks. Our unique campsite is perfectly located between the charming towns of Kevelaer and Xanten and offers an oasis of peace and relaxation.

Just a few kilometers from our camp space lies Kevelaer, an important pilgrimage site and known for its historic St. Mary's Basilica. The town also offers cozy cafes, traditional restaurants and charming shops. A visit to the Candle Chapel and a stroll through the old town are a must for every visitor.
At a similar distance you will find Xanten, a city rich in Roman history. There you can visit the Xanten Archaeological Park, which is one of the largest Roman archaeological sites north of the Alps, or you can stroll through the well-preserved old town with its impressive cathedral. Xanten also offers various leisure activities such as cycling along the Rhine or water sports on the Xanten North and South Lakes.
In addition, in the summer, from morning to evening, there are very likely to be a few cows grazing in a separate meadow right next to you.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
