Hygge Lake is a small, charming campsite in Southern Jutland, Denmark, founded and run by Nadine Zappe. With courage, heart, and passion, Nadine has created a place where people are the focus – not booking numbers. Our motto is: Come as you are. No matter how you travel or who you are, we'll always find a cozy spot for you. Nestled in a peaceful, green setting, the campsite boasts an idyllic lake, perfect for swimming and fishing, as well as a comfortable bistro with a carefully curated menu. A true highlight is the homemade pizza with Black Angus beef, fresh arugula, and burrata, which is especially popular with guests – as is the open and relaxed atmosphere. With experience from earlier times in my luggage, in areas where people were always the focus, on top of that a good portion of passion, a pinch of courage and a unique lake landscape. The sum of all this has led to the creation of Hygge Lake. My love for Denmark has been around for a long time. It is not just the vast landscape and the historical surroundings, but above all the people that have touched my heart. That is why the doors are open not just to holidaymakers, but to everyone, with the involvement of the local population being of particular importance.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
