About this location

Welcome to idyllic Oberhombach, where deer and wild boar bid you goodnight ;-) Experience peace and tranquility at our campsite in the health resort of Wissen. Nestled in unspoiled nature, the spacious grounds and the house, which we only acquired in 2024, offer plenty of privacy and relaxation. On your way to the private stream that runs alongside the entire property, feel free to snack on our blackberry and raspberry bushes and explore the nature trail to find your favorite spot. There are numerous activities to enjoy in the area around Wissen and Gebhardshain. For example, you can discover various hiking trails through the picturesque landscapes of the Westerwald region or explore the history of one of the area's former mines. Should the local cuisine not appeal to you, or if you prefer to be self-sufficient, we provide a fully equipped kitchenette in our spacious sanitary facilities. To conserve water, the showers in the sanitary facilities are operated with tokens, which are included in the price per guest and can be purchased for an additional one euro if needed. Electricity is available in the sanitary facilities, but not on the campsite itself. Please note that NO PETS are currently allowed on our campsite!
