About this location

We are delighted to welcome you to our farm in Greffen.
For 4 generations our farm has been located in the Schemmanns Heide in Greffen.
Besides raising pigs and chickens, we also operate a horse farm with a large riding arena and carriage training grounds.
Recently we have been offering 3 pitches for motorhomes and caravans in a beautiful and quiet location at the forest edge.
On request, you can also spend your holiday with us with your own horse.

Zoos in the region: Allwetterzoo Münster, Zoo Osnabrück, Tierpark Olderdissen in Bielefeld
Museums in the area: Heimatmuseum in Versmold, Peter August Böckstiegel Museum in Werther
Westpreußisches Landesmuseum in Warendorf and not to be forgotten the Technoparc of the agricultural machinery manufacturer Claas

Golf course
The Peckeloh golf course is located right in the neighbouring village.

Cycling tours
We recommend the well-marked cycling routes through Münsterland to all cyclists.
For children there is an adventure playground in the adjacent forest and plenty of play opportunities as well as a petting zoo.

Access by regular vehicle is possible. We have created new pitches on our farm with horses, cattle, dogs, and pigs on the edge of the Münsterland region (Warendorf, approximately 10 km away). They are located on a protected, paved green area. We provide water, electricity, a toilet, a shower, and a kitchen. Dogs and children are welcome. Drinks and grilled meat from our own production are available on our farm. From our farm, you can access a great network of cycle routes, such as Versmold-Warendorf-Münster-Bad Rothenfelde. Shops and restaurants are nearby, approximately 1.5 km away.
