About this location

A natural campsite right on the edge of the forest on the outskirts of the village of Darlingerode. Nine miniature sheep and, occasionally, my Labrador dog live here.
The forest is already a protected landscape area and the cows graze on the pasture twice a year.
Through traffic is limited to the two residents of the nearby forester's house.
Less than 5 minutes walk away is a beautiful large pond that invites you to jump in.
I myself am temporarily in my caravan in the rear part of the 4000 sqm property.
Darlingerode is centrally located between Wernigerode and Ilsenburg. You can reach the outskirts of Wernigerode on foot in about 10-15 minutes.
From my location you can start wonderful hikes in the Harz Mountains.
