Tips

  • All kinds of cycling routes through the Limburg hills.

  • Take a 2-hour walk around the Spaubeek from the campspace, or hike a section of the Pieterpad, Dutch Mountain Trail, Hertog Limburg Pad, etc.

  • Local supermarket in the town center. Visit the fresh produce market in Geleen on Saturdays or the fabric market in Sittard on Thursdays. Eat in the village at Jack's grill restaurant, or grab some fries.

  • The nicest pub is in Valkenburg aan de Geul; King Henry, delicious food and drinks.

  • Nearby, you can enjoy a drink at Eetcafe Spech in the village, Kasteel Terborgh restaurant with a terrace is a 10-minute bike ride away. BBQ restaurant Jack's and two chip shops near the church are also nearby.

Vegetarian food and only 1 car for 2 people and we haven't flown for years.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Rules

Dogs are allowed, but not their excrement, and do not light the campfire during drought. We are vegetarians ourselves, do not throw meat on our compost heaps and separate waste. No music or other noise nuisance after sunset. (Plus, the owls won't show up then.)


We ourselves have a Frisian Stabyhoun mix named Joey; the garden is fenced to a height of 150 cm.
