Everything was how I expected it. Mirjam was really friendly and the space itself was quiet and just cute.

I had a great time camping kn the farm. It is very secluded and the space is in a nice big garden. It's perfect if you want to be surrounded by nature and animals. The surrounding areas have great nature parks for walking or cycling.

It was wonderful staying with Mirjam and her husband on the land. With a view of the sheep and cows we have really come to rest.

How was the contact with the host?
We felt very welcome with Mirjam, her husband and of course the animals.

Tips for new guests?
For if you are looking for peace and space. Back to the basics and away from the 'civilized world' for a while.

We really enjoyed this campsite. What a space and tranquility. Wonderful between the greenery, the blooming flowers and the sheep. The campsite owners are very friendly and immediately put us at ease. The site is spacious with good camper spots with availability of electricity and water. Toilet and shower are very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

How was the contact with the host?
Very good, Mirjam is a very warm and hospitable woman.

Tips for new guests?
This campsite is highly recommended if you really want to get away from the highway for a while. Groningen is nearby and the Groninger museum is very nice to visit.

A beautiful place if you like peace and nature. At first we had to look through the somewhat messy yard, but that was no problem at all. We stood in a beautiful spot, with a view of storks, redstart, accompanied by the sound of golden orioles. We made 2 campfires, lured light and grease moths and enjoyed the shooting stars.
Sometimes we were alone, sometimes there were a few other guests. The sanitary facilities are fine.

How was the contact with the host?
Perfect, we receive a quick and friendly response in advance and during the stay the contact with Mirjam and Egon was very nice.

Tips for new guests?
Bring your bike, a round through the Kropswolder Buitenpolder or 't Roegwold is great fun. Spoonbills, white-cheeked terns, wood sandpipers and all kinds of other birds can be admired along the way for the enthusiast.

What a peace and space when you come from the Randstad. You can also see the stars clearly here.

How was the contact with the host?
We and yet another family went out staying in the caravan. Appreciation for Mirjam who came to say hello in the morning before we left. Otherwise I would have pressed the bell.

Mirjam was very nice and welcoming. During our stay we were surprised by heavy rain, for which we were allowed to use the caravan as a shelter. We enjoyed our stay. The site is large enough to find your own spot. Several power points are available. We had chosen a spot where we had an unobstructed view, with the sheep as neighbours. The sanitary facilities are neat and clean. Partly due to the hospitality and helpfulness of Mirjam, we had a very nice stay.

During our stay we explored the area by car, but it is also recommended to cycle in the area. We also visited the beautiful city of Groningen.

We really liked our stay in Woudbloem. It was great to have so much space. As we were the only ones at the land we felt like we had a lot of privacy. We enjoyed the great view, the birds and the sheep around us. There is a toilet (a little walk away though) and an outside shower. Our host Mirjam was really friendly and welcoming.

Friendly welcome. We had 5 nights in complete rest on the land of Mirjam. Also because we were alone. But there is plenty of space even with more guests. In the evening we saw shooting stars in the clear sky. Use of toilet and shower is well arranged. Separate from the home because of Corona. From the place you can do everything by bike. Shopping 3 km away in Harkstede. And many cycling paths through beautiful nature reserves

Very nice contact with Mirjam. She was super quick to respond to my message. The place was fantastic. Not an unnecessary luxury, just what we wanted. Nice view, very friendly people with whom we had fun and interesting conversations. A super place that should remain “secret” as far as I am concerned
